Order in Council 1704/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1)(

a) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act,

Andrew Vanderduim

be appointed Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, effective January 1, 2026, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of this appointment.
