OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 14 , 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with the Government of New Brunswick to provide air medical transport services to and receive air medical transport services from New Brunswick, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule A, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 11, 2013.
