OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 4, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to sign a Memorandum of Understanding for the Chignecto Isthmus Climate Change Adaptation Study — Comprehensive Engineering and Feasibility Study, in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to a forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of such schedules, annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement; effective on and after July 9, 2019.
