Order in Council 1063/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

And

whereas Michael Gottheil tendered his resignation effective August 7, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 200/2016 be revoked effective August 7, 2018.
