Order in Council 538/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 768/2024 the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Mark White as a part-time member and as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years commencing on June 13, 2024;

And

whereas Mark White resigned from such position, effective April 23, 2025;

Now therefore pursuant to subsections 4.1(2) and (8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Order in Council 768/2024 is hereby revoked, effective as of April 23, 2025.
