Order in Council 1066/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 4.0.2(1) of the Liquor Control Act , the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the “LCBO” ) may, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, establish job categories, salary ranges and conditions of employment for its employees;

And

whereas the LCBO seeks the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council to revise the salary ranges and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, Liquor Board Employees Division (the “Union” );

Pursuant to subsection 4.0.2(1) of the Liquor Control Act , the revised salary ranges and conditions of employment for employees represented by the Union provided for in the Memorandum of Settlement between the Liquor Control Board of Ontario and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union on behalf of its Liquor Board Employees Division signed May 9, 2021, are approved effective August 9, 2021.
