Order in Council 1149/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Brett Bell was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective October 12, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1496/2023;

And

whereas Brett Bell tendered his resignation effective January 1, 2025.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1496/2023 be revoked effective January 1, 2025.
