Order in Council 915/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act ,

Carl Corbett, of Huntsville

be reappointed as a member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date this Order in Council is approved, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
