Order in Council 874/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and

section 3 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32, Roberta Sawchyn, of Thunder Bay be appointed as a Commissioner of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding December 31, 2025, effective the later of July 29, 2024 and the date this Order is made.
