Order in Council 746/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2598/93, dated October 13, 1993, Dr. David M. Hodder was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. David M. Hodder has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective October 31, 2013;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2598/93, dated October 13, 1993, appointing Dr. David M. Hodder as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
