Order in Council 659/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario Food Terminal Act, as amended,

Christy McMullen of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Ontario Food Terminal Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective October 14, 2024 to October 13, 2027.
