OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 12, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as part-time Presiding Justices of the Peace, each for a term of office commencing March 31, 2002: (
i) Robert M. Crosby, Q.C., of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and (ii) Darlene MacRury of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
