Order in Council 1469/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nathan Ferguson was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 28, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 215/2021;

And

whereas Nathan Ferguson tendered his resignation effective September 16, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 215/2021 be revoked effective September 16, 2021.
