Section 14G of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 14, 2010, to assign responsibility for the Chief Information Office to the Honourable Frank Corbett, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Information Management.
