OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 25, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act and

Section 20 of

Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act , is pleased, effective September 1, 2012, to amend Order in Council 2012-275 to delete paragraph (g).
