by this Regulation.

Pharmacy and Drug Act
SCHEDULED DRUGS AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Scheduled Drugs Regulation (AR 66/2007) is
amended by this Regulation.
Section 1 is amended
(
a) by renumbering it as
section 1(1);
(
b) in subsection (1)
(
i) by striking out "The" and substituting "Subject to
subsection (2), the";
(ii) by adding ", other than drugs described in
section
31(1)(
a) or (
b) of the Act" after "by the National
Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities";
(
c) by adding the following after subsection (1):
(2) The drug naloxone and its salts are excluded from the
designation under subsection (1)(
a) when indicated for
emergency use for opioid overdose outside hospital settings.
Section 2(1) is amended by adding the following after
clause (b):
(b.1) naloxone and its salts, when indicated for emergency use for
opioid overdose outside hospital settings;

Wildlife Act
WILDLIFE (2016 HUNTING SEASON - MINISTERIAL)
AMENDMENT REGULATION

Wildlife Act.
1 The Wildlife Regulation (AR 143/97) is amended by this
Regulation.
Schedule 15 is amended
(
a) in
section 5
(
i) in clause (i)(ii) by adding "antlered or" before
"antlerless";
(ii) in clause (
m) by striking out "9 to September 26"
and substituting "1 to September 24";
(iii) in clause (
o) by striking out "November 26 to
November 28" and substituting "December 1 to
December 3";
(
b) by repealing
section 6 and substituting the
following:
6 The hunting of cougar with dogs is authorized during an
open season for cougar occurring between December 1 and the
last day of February in a cougar management area, except
when hunting under a
section 7(8) exemption.
(
c) in
section 7
(
i) in subsection (1) by striking out "the open" and
substituting "an open";
(ii) by repealing subsection (1.01) and substituting
the following:
(1.01) In addition to the open seasons provided for in
subsection (1), the open season for the hunting of
cougar by the holder of a resident cougar licence
includes
(
a) the period from September 17 to November 30 in
WMUs 420 to 446, and
(
b) the period from September 1 to December 31 in
WMU 410 or in WMUs other than 420 to 446 that
are designated by a number less than 600 and are
not included within a cougar management area.
(iii) by repealing the table in subsection (3) and
substituting the following:
