OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated November 27, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased, effective December 18, 2012 to: (

a) re-appoint J. Walter Thompson as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of four years; (

b) re-appoint John A. Morash as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; (

c) re-appoint Paul E. Radford as a member and designate him as Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; (

d) determine the remuneration for J. Walter Thompson and John A. Morash as $200 per one-half day, plus expenses; and (

e) determine the remuneration for Paul E. Radford as a member and Vice-chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission to be $39,000 per year, plus expenses.
