An Act to repeal The Growth and Financial Security Act (Assented to June 30, 2016) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Growth and Financial Security Repeal Act . S.S. 2008, c.G-8.1 amended The Growth and Financial Security Act is repealed. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent, but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 2016. GROWTH AND FINANCIAL SECURITY c 2 2016
