Order in Council 1030/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Lora Patton of Algonquin Highlands, be reappointed as a full-time lawyer member and re-designated as a full-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of three years, effective July 11, 2019.
