Order in Council 1227/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,

Whereas Virginia Roth of Toronto, who was appointed by O.C. 287/2024 as a director of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office, resigned from such position on June 12, 2025;

Now therefore Order in Council 287/2024 be revoked effective June 12, 2025 and Order in Council 949/2025 be revoked effective July 31, 2025.
