Order in Council 653/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Rod Jackson of Barrie

be approved as qualified for re-election as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not extending beyond the date in 2025 on which the annual general meeting of the Ontario Trillium Foundation is held, effective the later of March 31, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made.
