79 , Approved and Ordered JAN 2 Minister of Environment, Lands and Parks PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. — Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that approval is given for the disposal by Free Crown Grant to the Resort Municipality of Whistler of the following properties on the condition specified for each: 1.

District Lot 3762, Group 1, New Westminster District, containing 0.3999 hectares, on the condition the land is used for fireball purposes; 2. Block A, South Half of District Lot 1758, Group 1, New Westminster District, containing 2.75 hectares, on the condition the land is used for municipal works yard purposes; 3.

District Lot and that part of District Lot 5028, together with that parcel or tract of land in the vicinity of Fitzsimmons Creek, Group 1, New Westminster District, shown outlined in bold black on sketch attached, containing 15.70 hectares, more or less, on the condition the land is used for park purposes and subject to a legal survey at their expense; 4.

District Lot and those parts of Block A and Block B of District Lot 4755, together with that parcel or tract of land in the vicinity of District Lot 3762, Group 1, New Westminster District, shown outlined in bold black on sketch attached, containing 27.37 hectares, more or less, on the condition the land is used for park purposes and subject to a legal survey at their expense; 5.

Block A of District Lot 4891, Group 1, New Westminster District, containing 0.1706 hectares, on the condition the land is used for parking lot purposes; and each grant is subject to reversion if the condition specified for it is riot met.
