Order in Council 1292/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act ,

Matthew Pegg

be appointed as the Commissioner of Emergency Management, effective the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to extend beyond October 5, 2028;

Further that Order in Council O.C. 507/2025, dated April 30, 2025, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
