OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated January 14, 2003, pursuant to

Section 50 of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2002, the Justice Administration Amendment

(2002) Act, and subsection 3(7) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 23 to 37 in

Part VII and Sections 39 and 40, clauses (

b) and (

c) of

Section 41 and Sections 42 and 43 in

Part VIII of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2002, the Justice Administration Amendment

(2002) Act, come into force on and not before February 1, 2003.
