OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 14, 2007, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 0.10 acre, more or less, situate at or near Point Tupper, in the County of Richmond and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) transfer Administration and Control of the land to the Department of Natural Resources.
