On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective August 1, 2024, the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(

a) in column 4 of item 12 by striking out " January 1, 2025 " and substituting " January 1, 2030 ", and

(

b) in column 4 of item 33 by striking out " September 1, 2024 " and substituting " September 1, 2029 ".

Schedule 2 is amended

(

a) in column 4 of item 4 by striking out " January 1, 2025 " and substituting " January 1, 2030 ",

(

b) in column 4 of item 16 by striking out " September 1, 2024 " and substituting " September 1, 2029 ", and

(

c) in column 4 of item 17 by striking out " October 1, 2024 " and substituting " October 1, 2029 ".
