An Act to amend The Motor Dealers Act, 1966 (No. 2) [Assented to April 27, 1973] 1966, c.95, new

section 15A The Motor Dealers Act, 1966 , is amended by inserting after

section the following section: Registrar to give reasons for refusal, etc., to grant licence “15A Where the registrar refuses to grant a licence to an applicant under

section or suspends or cancels a licence of a licensee under
