OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act dated December 7, 2005 and pursuant to subsections 5(3) and 52(1) of

Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2003-416 dated October 10, 2003 by striking out "January 1, 2006" and substituting "January 1, 2007".
