OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Heritage Property Act dated January 18, 2001, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act, is pleased to grant the application to substantially alter the exterior appearance of GowanBrae, Grand Pre, Kings County, in accordance with the design plans set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
