Order in Council 1207/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Christopher Ramsay of London

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term ending May 17, 2026, effective January 1, 2022.
