Order in Council 868/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1), 14 (1.2) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , Ruth Orton of Windsor be appointed as a part-time member and Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002 , to serve for a period of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
