section 294: N o discrim ination based on gender 294.1 No insurer shall provide automobile insurance with a premium, tariff, rate or condition of coverage that discriminates on the basis of gender. C om ing into force This Act comes into force on Proclamation. 1 Explanatory Notes Amends
