OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 23, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Carmella C. Archer of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 85-142 dated February 12, 1985, as amended by Order in Council 90-409 dated April 3, 1990, while employed with Price Waterhouse Limited; and (
b) appoint Carmella C. Archer of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
