Order in Council 305/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1083/2021 made August 12, 2021, Barbara Bellissimo was appointed as a director of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario;

And

whereas Barbara Bellissimo has resigned effective February 17, 2023;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1083/2021 is revoked effective February 17, 2023.
