OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated May 5, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 315 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Museum Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Annie Saint-Jacques of Economy, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Museum Board of Governors made by Order in Council 2017-271 dated November 7, 2017, effective May 19, 2020.
