Order in Council 1345/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991 ,

Kathleen Al-Zand of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists for a period of three years, effective September 8, 2017 to and including September 7, 2020.
