Order in Council 38/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Kathryn Grieves of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 23, 2023.

Further,

whereas Kathryn Grieves was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective January 24, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1838/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1838/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
