Order in Council 570/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anthony LaRegina was reappointed as full-time Member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of four years, effective February 2, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1779/2022;

And

whereas Anthony LaRegina died on March 4, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 1779/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
