OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 8, 2004, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(
d) of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Medical Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Harold B. Bezanson of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia for a three year term commencing May 1, 2004, and ending April 30, 2007.
