Order in Council 1113/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Karen Restoule of Dokis First Nation be appointed as full-time member and Associate Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 4, 2022.
