OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2021-68 dated February 23, 2021; (
b) assign responsibility for labour relations to the Honourable Allan MacMaster a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Labour Relations; and (
c) confirm that, for administrative purposes, all affairs and matters relating to labour relations remain attached to the Public Service Commission.
