Order in Council 545/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(2), 5(1) and 8(1) of the Executive Council Act :

Administration of Statute

Despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council, the responsibility for the administration of the iGaming Ontario Act, 2024 is hereby assigned to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming, effective the later of the date

section 28 of

Schedule 9 of Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024 comes into force and the date this Order in Council is made.

Amendment to Order in Council

Order in Council O.C. 1176/2024 dated August 29, 2024 is hereby amended and shall be interpreted accordingly, effective the later of the date

section 28 of

Schedule 9 of Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024 comes into force and the date this Order in Council is made.
