Order in Council 1507/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Nevin McKeown of Mississauga, Ontario

be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three (3) years, effective from the date of this Order-in-Council.

and that Order-in-Council 308/2017 dated February 2, 2017 appointing Mr. McKeown as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency for a term of nine (9) months be revoked, effective from the date of this Order-in-Council.
