OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 6, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 42 and 156 of
Chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2002, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Supplementary Memorandum of Agreement, on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia, respecting federal contributions to youth justice services and programs, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
