Order in Council 924/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011, S.O. 2011,

Chapter 10, Order in Council O.C. 148/2016 appointing John Grant Michano, of Heron Bay, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation is revoked, effective January 24, 2018.
