CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Regulations Act (Assented to June 2, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Regulations Amendment Act, 1983. Rev. Stat. c.R-16, new

section 8.1 The following

section is added after

section of The Regulations Act: Correction of errors “8.1(1) Where an error occurs in the printing of a regulation in the Gazette, the registrar shall publish an errata notice in the Gazette clearly identifying the error and shall number the errata notice as a Saskatchewan Regulation. “

(2) A correction made in accordance with subsection (1) is effective on and from the date of the Gazette in which the errata notice effecting the correction is published”. UNEDITED REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
