B.C. Reg. 325/2003, deposited August 22, 2003, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE

ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated August 19, 2003.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1. This regulation applies to the following lands in the Liard Mining Division, Cassiar Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2. For a period commencing when the Water, Land and Air Protection Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 , Bill 55 of 2003, is given royal assent and ending one year after that assent is given,

(

a) A reserve is established for minerals and placer minerals over the lands described in

section 1, and

(

b) A free miner, other than Guardsmen Resources Inc., must not locate or record a mineral or placer claim in the reserve established by paragraph (a). — G. GERMAN, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines.
