OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 1, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire from Sutherland Forest Resources Limited and Graham Sutherland all such title, interest or claim they have to lands located at Middle Clyde River, Shelburne County, Westmoreland Lake and Davis River, Yarmouth County, as shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, which have an area of approximately 784.3 hectares (1,938 acres); (

b) issue quit claim deeds conveying to Sutherland Forest Resources Limited and Graham Stanley Sutherland any and all such interest in Crown lands located at Clyde River and Middle Clyde River, Shelburne County, as shown outlined in bold on the plans marked

Schedule ‘B” and

Schedule “C”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, which have a total area of approximately 670.2 hectares (1,656 acres); and (

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
