B.C. Reg. 587/2004, deposited December 13, 2004, pursuant to the MOTOR VEHICLE AMENDMENT ACT, 2004 [Section 24 (1)]. Order in Council 1255/2004, approved and ordered December 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2005, the following sections of the

Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2004 , S.B.C. 2004, c. 68, are brought into force:

(

a) section 10 as it enacts

section 95 (1) (

c) of the Motor Vehicle Act ;

(

b) section 11 (a);

(

c) section 21 (

a) as it enacts

section 234 (2) (

a) of the Motor Vehicle Act .
