Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Miller's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of

Trepassey

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, 210810 322 45' grid azimuth

for a distance of 900 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 313 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 346 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 84 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 45 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 13 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 64 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 24 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 71 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 124 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 206 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 198 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 135 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;
